- Assist Swedish-speaking clients with their travel inquiries and bookings through phone, email, and chat
- Provide detailed information about travel options, accommodations, and Booking.com services to help clients make informed decisions
- Process reservations accurately, confirming all details and ensuring a smooth booking experience
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Maintain thorough records of client interactions and bookings in our CRM system
- Stay informed about travel trends, popular destinations, and Booking.com offerings to provide the best support to clients
- Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Experience in customer service, travel support, or relevant fields is desirable
- A strong interest in travel and knowledge of Booking.com and the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support
- Ability to manage customer concerns effectively and provide timely solutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications is a plus
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
