About the Opportunity:
This organization is a data platform company specializing in health data exchange. It operates the largest, most diverse health data network in the U.S., enabling secure, accessible, and usable health data to inform better healthcare decisions. The Support Specialist role focuses on processing requests within the Price Review production queue to ensure accurate assignment to the correct accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Process audit and project requests for various Health Plans.
• Understand client objectives and processing rules for each account.
• Maintain daily team achievement rate of 100%.
• Report system and account anomalies as needed.
• Identify potential errors and execute corrective actions.
• Utilize multiple procedures, systems, and databases proficiently.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
Requirements:
• Proficient in 10-Key operation and data entry.
• Skilled in data analysis and management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Flexible to adapt to frequent workflow changes.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
