Overview


The Client Consultation Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for individuals and partner organizations seeking diagnostic and consultation services. In this role, you will guide clients through available options, collect essential information, and provide ongoing support throughout the consultation process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.


This is a fully remote position, with occasional optional in-person team meetings or training sessions in Washington, DC.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct client consultations via phone or video to understand needs and clearly explain available services.
  • Support a consultative intake and service-matching process by recommending appropriate service options.
  • Provide compassionate guidance to clients during sensitive and time-critical situations.
  • Collaborate with administrative team members to ensure accurate scheduling, documentation, and service coordination.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication to provide updates, aftercare support, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including healthcare providers, funeral homes, and legal professionals.
  • Accurately track consultations, follow-ups, and outcomes within the CRM system.
  • Contribute insights to improve CRM workflows, client experience, and internal processes.
  • Support leadership by identifying trends, feedback, and opportunities for service or process improvements.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in client-facing, consultative, or sales-oriented roles, preferably within healthcare or professional services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and compassionately.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (required); familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.


Compensation & Benefits


This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $28.85–$38.46 per hour, based on experience, along with performance-based incentive opportunities. Our benefits package includes:
