Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Planner with experience in both retail and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels to join our supply chain team. This role is responsible for ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and supporting demand fulfillment across multiple sales channels. The ideal candidate has experience with omni-channel forecasting, particularly within retail accounts such as Target, CVS, and Walgreens, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

  • Develop and maintain supply plans to support retail partners, e-commerce, and DTC channels, ensuring accurate product availability across all networks.
  • Balance inventory levels by monitoring demand signals, lead times, and safety stock requirements.
  • Partner with demand planning, sourcing, logistics, and commercial teams to align supply with business priorities.
  • Manage purchase orders, vendor forecasts, and replenishment schedules to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
  • Monitor inventory performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize turns, reduce obsolescence, and maximize service levels.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and opportunities while proactively developing mitigation strategies.
  • Support product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal assortments with tailored supply plans.
  • Provide visibility and reporting to stakeholders on inventory health, fill rates, and supply performance
  • Drive continuous process improvement in planning tools, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

What Success Looks Like In The Role

  • High in-stock rates across retail and DTC channels.
  • Inventory levels are balanced, with minimal excess or stockouts.
  • Collaborative relationships with Sales, Supply Planning, and Retail teams are strong and proactive.
  • Supply plans are aligned with demand forecasts and financial targets.
  • On-time execution of purchase orders, replenishments, and vendor forecasts.
  • Directly supports sales growth by ensuring supply readiness.

Required Qualifications

To take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • 3–5 years of supply planning experience, with a proven track record in retail and DTC channels.
  • Strong understanding of retail replenishment, vendor management, and e-commerce fulfillment models.
  • Proficiency in supply chain systems (ERP, MRP, or advanced planning software).
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with analytics tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

SALARY RANGE

National Target Base Pay Range: $62,000.00 - $102,000.00. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $69,000 - $113,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
