About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a key role in ensuring product availability across global warehouses and marketplaces like Amazon, while contributing to the continuous improvement of internal supply chain processes and tools.
This is a Full-Time remote role designed for a smart, capable, and motivated individual who can grow with the company and help streamline our operations.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist, specifically with these requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in international supply chain operations,
- Proven track record of executing and improving supply chain processes across procurement, logistics, and inventory functions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in ERPs (NetSuite preferred), shipping and inventory management platforms, and business tools like Google Sheets/Excel and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with customs processes, international trade compliance, and freight forwarding procedures.
- Experience with Amazon Logistics, Seller Central, AGL (Amazon Global Logistics), and AWD (Amazon Warehousing and Distribution) is a plus.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Support the planning and execution of inventory replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels across global warehouses.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance supply chain performance and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Purchasing, Finance) and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate data across supply chain systems and prepare reports on key supply chain KPIs and challenges for the Supply Chain Director.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of SOPs, workflows, and tools that support scalable and resilient supply chain operations.
