Job Title: Supply Project Manager
Location: Remote PST hours. Prefence for candidate to be located as close to Bellville ON as possible (if they are not within driving distance, they will have a travel requirement once every two months to the Distribution Center in Bellville ON)

Insight Global is seeking a Supply chain Project Manager to join a large retail company based out of Ontario. The Project Manager will oversee the company's new Canadian distribution footprint to Ontario (located in Bellville ON), and potentially opening new distribution centers across North America down the line. The Project Manager will need to apply an operational and process-oriented lens to this expansion, whether it involves working with third-party logistics providers, establishing new distribution centers, or creating in-house solutions. They will be responsible for supporting both the business and technology teams as they develop an interface to harmonize the disparate WMS systems between the two distribution centers nationwide. Acting as the business's advocate, they will champion timelines, foster collaboration, and ensure continuity throughout the process. They will support the overall project, ensuring timelines are aligned, conducting volume and carrier planning, and developing metrics for a second distribution center. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation and be able to expand on the scope of work from a technological standpoint.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide regular status updates to integrate technology, processes, and Belleville operations.
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure deliverables are met.
- Flag potential risks.
- Manage communications and training initiatives.
- Oversee change management, including the assignment of new responsibilities.
- Consolidate various functional timelines into a single cohesive schedule.
- Maintain an end-to-end holistic view to ensure all dependencies are aligned.
- Conduct volume planning.
- Manage transportation and carrier planning for 2026, including cross-border e-commerce operations.
- Oversee the development of metrics to track progress.
Must Haves
- 8+ Years Project Manager Experience in Supply Chain with some experience on distribution projects
- Strong understanding of demand and volume planning and metrics development oversight
- Experience defining the scope of a project and carrying this through from start to finish
- Change Management and risk assessment experience
- Strong capability to drive accountability on deliverables and rally teams around a goal
- Ability to see the bigger picture on projects and oversee technical deliverables
Plusses
- Experience with SAP
- Ability to support data and analytics with excel
- Experience / background in transportation within supply chain space (ie. Outbound networks)
- Experience working on automation projects
