About the Role
We are looking for a Clarity PPM Analyst / Project Coordinator to support IT and supply chain–related initiatives in a structured project management environment. This role will work closely with senior project managers and IT leadership to assist with project reporting, documentation, and adherence to SDLC and project delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior project managers with coordination of technology and supply chain initiatives
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and project delivery frameworks
- Generate and maintain weekly project status reports using Clarity PPM and related project management tools
- Assist with tracking Statements of Work (SOWs) and Purchase Orders (POs) with vendors
- Participate in project meetings, capture key notes, and track risks and action items
- Assist with project documentation, approvals, and governance processes
- Support review of project financial reports and documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams supporting warehouse, order management, transportation, and labor management systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or PMO Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Clarity PPM for project tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and enterprise project delivery frameworks
- Exposure to Supply Chain systems (WMS, OMS, TMS, LMS) is a plus
- Comfortable supporting senior IT leadership and project managers
- Strong documentation, reporting, and coordination skills
