We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Project Coordinator
This role will focus on coordinating supply chain logistics topics, ensuring smooth planning operations, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong planning expertise with project coordination capabilities and hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support supply chain logistics and planning initiatives
- Act as backup and operational support for the Planning Team
- Work hands-on with Kinaxis RapidResponse (advanced planning tool)
- Align planning activities across functions and stakeholders
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure timely follow-ups
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Support continuous improvement in planning processes
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in Supply Chain Planning / Logistics Planning
- Proven hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
- Experience in project coordination within supply chain environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German (mandatory)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in international supply chain environments
- Experience in S&OP / IBP processes
- Rate based on rate card and candidate location
