We are looking for a commercially driven Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in hospitality procurement and hands-on experience in F&B category buying. This role is focused on strategic sourcing and supplier management .

Key Responsibilities
Lead Category Strategy
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the hospitality sector
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, quality improvements, and risk mitigation
- Optimize product mix and pricing strategies to maximize profitability
Manage Supplier Relationships
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure quality and competitiveness
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams
- Align category strategies with broader business goals
Provide Market Intelligence & Insights
- Stay ahead of industry trends, innovations, and competitor moves
- Analyse sales data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years in a category buying role, specifically in F&B procurement
- Proven track record in the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French and/or German is a plus

- Willing to travel within Benelux and France (including 1x/week to the office)
