Purpose:
- Drive the implementation of the ONE business strategy by executing and achieving operations and CoGS targets.
- Provide disciplinary leadership and operational oversight for the following departments/areas: S&OP, Procurement, Customer Service, and Value Chain Management.
- Develop and maintain a regional demand and supply plan to consolidate procurement needs (e.g., AI, raw materials, production).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and steer operational activities through relevant KPIs.
- Select suppliers in coordination with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance.
- Regularly tender key supply chain elements (e.g., tolling, logistics, raw material sourcing).
- Manage inventory effectively to meet business needs.
- Supply the Commercial Department with regular updates on price trends and supply conditions.
- Ensure smooth flow of documents, data, and materials throughout the entire supply chain—from source to customer.
- Execute supply chain tasks using the designated ERP system.
Necessary relevant experience & Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Supply Chain Management

Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Understanding of automation and digital tools in supply chain operations.
Language Proficiency:
- English + any other European languages (pref. German, France, Polish)
