Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst II
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: $45 -$48/hr on W2
As Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing insights to help optimize our global supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Drive automation projects on an aggressive timeline with a team of world-class engineers and designers
- Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and engineering, in order to best understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of and supply chain management and planning principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Requirements:
- 3+ SQL, Python (Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis)
- 3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization
- Familiarity with supply chain management software, such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience with ERP or supply chain system implementation
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, Dashboarding
- Statistical forecasting experience
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM
- Instruct staff on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
- Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.
Skills:

• Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
