Key Responsibilities:
Support new item innovation by managing item setup and changes in SAP.
Track and manage timelines for bill of materials (BOM) setup and item activation.
Collaborate with cross-functional commercialization teams and the master data team to ensure timely and accurate SAP entries.
Build and maintain Excel trackers to monitor progress and ensure key dates are met.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Role Overview:
This is a tactical, individual contributor role focused on supporting new product development and commercialization within the Snacks and Meals & Beverage categories. The position is a downgraded version of previous roles with a reduced scope—removing strategic responsibilities and focusing solely on analytical and transactional tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate new item system setup for innovation projects, starting post-specification finalization in R&D.
• Support end-to-end supply chain setup for new product launches, ensuring Day 1 readiness by SKU.
• Manage transactional SAP-related tasks, including item creation, BOM setup, and SKU activation (direct or via coordination with SAP users).
• Build and maintain Excel-based trackers to manage key dates and milestones.
• Define and implement a repeatable process for tracking and managing item setup changes.
• Act as a liaison between master data, commercialization, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate item setup.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure task completion and communicate progress or risks.
• Execute tasks developed by the project manager, ensuring alignment with project timelines.

Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (not required).
Experience:
3+ years in the food or CPG industry, with hands-on end-to-end supply chain experience.
