Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing data, optimizing processes, and supporting end-to-end supply chain operations. This role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and ensuring smooth flow of materials and information across the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment performance.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, lead times, and pricing trends.
  • Assist in optimizing procurement, logistics, and warehousing strategies.
  • Conduct cost analysis and support initiatives to reduce operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, operations, finance).
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Support system implementations, data migration, and continuous improvement projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an asset.
  • Understanding of forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of procurement, logistics, and distribution processes.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to model, visualize, and present operational insights.
