Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data related to inventory, procurement, demand, and logistics
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key supply chain KPIs
  • Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and capacity analysis
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams
  • Assist with cost analysis, variance analysis, and optimization initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across supply chain systems
  • Prepare documentation and presentations for business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (required) in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Logistics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Understanding of supply chain concepts (procurement, inventory, demand planning, logistics)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) – exposure acceptable
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
