Who You Are:

You’re a former Sales Manager or Sales Team Lead with a passion for leadership.

You’ve managed teams, led coaching calls, and developed reps into top performers. You care deeply about helping others grow — and you naturally think in systems, structure, and accountability. You’re also well-versed in delivering a seamless client experience, and know how to deliver a program to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and ascension into backend offers.


What You Are Responsible For:


You’ll manage a large client portfolio (up to 60 students) within the Sales Leaders Academy, helping aspiring Sales Managers (former/current Closers and Setters) navigate a 12-week leadership and placement journey.


Client Onboarding:

  • Welcome new clients, ensure smooth tech setup in Skool, and orient them to the 8-week training + 4-week placement structure

Client Management:

  • Manage a max of 60 clients concurrently, ensuring steady progress and program completion
  • Proactively check in with clients via Slack, Skool, or Zoom to resolve roadblocks and keep engagement high

Client Coaching:

  • Lead 1:1 and group coaching calls, helping clients master leadership principles, team systems, and people management
  • Provide feedback on client Loom assignments and exercises (e.g., designing sales systems, role-play discipline, CRM process checks)

Community Management:

  • Oversee and engage with the Skool community. Encourage discussion, accountability, and peer learning

Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor engagement and success metrics using internal systems
  • Report wins, risks, and completion milestones to leadership

Curriculum Input:

  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize program modules and improve client outcomes


How Your Success Is Measured:

  • Client engagement & completion rates (aim: 90%+)
  • Client satisfaction & retention scores
  • Upsell targets
  • Testimonial targets


What You Bring To The Table:

  • 2+ years in Sales Management or Sales Team Leadership
  • Experience managing reps (closers/setters) and improving team performance
  • Strong communication & coaching presence on calls
  • Emotional intelligence and leadership maturity — you hold people accountable and lift them up
  • Tech-savvy with Skool, Slack, Loom, and Zoom.
  • Passion for leadership development and personal growth.
  • Ability to manage a large volume of clients while maintaining high-touch quality
  • Proven track record of driving client outcomes (retention, renewals)
  • Ownership mentality — you seek solutions, not problems


Compensation/Benefits:


Base Salary: $3,000/m

  • Plus $100/client for every client managed over 30 clients (clients 31 - 60)


Bonus/Commission Opportunities:

  • Mastermind 30k Upsell: 10% of 40% cash collected = 10% x $12,000 = $1,200 per upsell
  • Client placement bonuses
  • KPI achievement bonuses

Total Monthly Pay OTE: ~$12,000


Working Expectations:

  • Remote Work: 100% Remote
  • Working Hours: 9am - 5pm CST or EST
