Studio Manager / Project Coordination Assistant

Location: Remote

Company: Rockhunter

Type: Full-time

About Us

We are a humble, talented team of 3D artists and architectural visualisers, crafting compelling visual stories for some of the most exciting architectural and design projects. Our work brings spaces to life — through stills, animations, and immersive experiences — with creativity, precision, and care.

We are a completely remote company with team members located throughout the UK and Europe. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Studio Manager who can help keep our creative engine running smoothly and support our Project Coordination team in delivering exceptional work on time and to brief.

The Role

This is a hybrid position combining studio management and project coordination assistance. You’ll be the organisational backbone of our remote studio — ensuring projects flow efficiently, resources are well allocated, and the team has what they need to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day studio operations and scheduling.
  • Support the Project Coordination team in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Liaise with clients, helping to ensure smooth communication and clear documentation.
  • Manage internal resources — from software licences to studio supplies.
  • Help onboard new team members and assist with team wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and refine studio systems and workflows to improve efficiency. Support management with general administrative duties and reporting.

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a calm and friendly approach, and a passion for supporting creative teams.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in a studio, agency, or creative production environment (architecture, design, CGI, animation, or similar preferred).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and multitask across multiple projects.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Confidence with tools like Excel/Sheets and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with 3D visualisation or architectural processes (desirable but not essential).

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a close-knit, passionate team that cares deeply about craft and collaboration.
  • Work on a diverse range of inspiring architectural projects.
  • Opportunity to shape studio processes and have a genuine impact on how we work.
  • Health Insurance
  • WFH set-up grant
  • Supportive, friendly environment with room to grow.
