Position Overview
We’re looking for an organized, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual to support our Job Ready program. This role ensures every student is fully prepared for their live course experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for pre-orientation success—helping students review expectations, documentation, and ready to thrive before they transition to the orientation team and live classes.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Student Support & Communication:
Contact enrolled students to confirm course setup, access, and readiness before class start dates.
Send follow-up emails or calls to assist with login issues, materials, or missing setup items.
Reporting & Progress Tracking:
Complete daily reporting to track student outreach, setup completion, and readiness metrics.
Provide weekly status updates to internal teams on student progress and engagement.
Training Resource Creation:
Build and maintain video training links, templates, and setup checklists for students.
Update pre-orientation materials based on feedback or program changes.
Process Management:
Follow a structured manual onboarding workflow to ensure consistency and compliance.
Partner with the orientation team to hand off prepared students once classes begin.
Program Support:
Assist with monthly class launches by ensuring all students receive pre-class communication and guidance.
Support continuous improvement of onboarding and pre-success processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Outgoing personality and ability to build positive relationships with students.
Experience with spreadsheets, email communication, and tracking tools (CRM or LMS familiarity a plus).
Comfortable creating short training resources (video walkthroughs, templates, or checklists).
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency while improving processes.
What Success Looks Like
100% of students are contacted and ready for class start each month.
Student readiness reports are completed daily and shared with the internal team.
All setup templates and training materials remain up-to-date and clear.
Smooth transition of students to the orientation team with no setup delays.
