Become a Key Player as a Strategy & Business Operations Lead
You will drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that enable disciplined growth and operational excellence for the organization. You’ll work closely with the executive team and founders to balance speed, cost discipline, and execution across finance, people, and operations. This is a remote-first role with an East Coast location preference.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Own systems for visibility and accountability to ensure the company can move fast without losing control of spend, performance, or execution
- Build and scale core operational systems to improve cost efficiency, uplevel people strategy, and enable infrastructure for future investments
- Lead high-impact special projects with the executive team that drive near-term operational excellence and long-term growth
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 3–5+ years of experience in startup operations, management consulting, or operational finance, ideally with exposure to defense, national security, or dual-use technology
- Creative problem-solving skills paired with humility, grit, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Demonstrated high ownership, analytical ability, and a track record of driving impact that scales
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and executives
- East Coast location preferred
Pay Range
$160,000 - $190,000/year
