KORE is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives across indirect categories, including Technology, HR & Professional Services, Real Estate & Facilities, Marketing, PMO and Corporate Services.
You’ll manage RFx activities, supplier onboarding and due diligence, contract reviews, and cost optimization projects, while collaborating closely with Legal, Finance, IT, and other teams. You will also oversee contract renewals, terminations, and related processes while ensuring end-to-end contract lifecycle management.

What You'll Do
- Manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs: draft, issue, analyze responses, and support award decisions.
- Conduct supplier due diligence, onboarding, and risk assessments.
- Oversee contract renewals, terminations, and end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
- Support contract reviews: identify commercial risks, track negotiations, and escalate key issues.
- Perform sourcing analytics: spend analysis, pricing benchmarks, supplier scorecards.
- Support tactical negotiations for renewals, SOWs, and smaller agreements.
- Track and report savings, sourcing KPIs, and vendor performance metrics.
- Maintain sourcing templates, compliance trackers, and documentation.
- Assist in vendor management activities, including QBRs and SLA monitoring.
- Identify process improvements to enhance sourcing efficiency and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive alignment between sourcing goals and organizational priorities.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the Director of Strategic Sourcing.
- 2–4 years’ experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Skilled in RFx processes, supplier onboarding, and basic contracting.
- Proficient in procurement platforms such as NetSuite (good to have)
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Organized, analytical, detail-driven, and comfortable handling multiple projects independently.
- Procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM, CPP).
- RFx projects delivered on time with strong sourcing documentation.
- Clear supplier evaluations and contract compliance tracking throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Tangible cost savings and sourcing process improvements.
- Becoming a trusted sourcing partner to internal stakeholders.
- Building collaborative relationships and maintaining alignment with KORE’s values, which prioritize innovation, integrity, and team success.
