Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
MBA or relevant certifications (CPSM, CSCP, CIPS, PMP) preferred.
Experience
4–10+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience (range adjustable based on level).
Demonstrated experience in category management, negotiation, and supplier management.
Industry-specific sourcing experience is a plus (IT, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.).
Skills
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and e-sourcing tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
