Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key strategic partnerships, including sourcing, negotiating, and scaling high-value relationships.
- Lead complex negotiations with C-suite executives, structuring deals that align with long-term growth objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase network density, revenue, and member engagement.
- Identify and implement innovative initiatives with partners, including integrated technology solutions and co-marketing opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry events, expanding networks and establishing thought leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners receive high-touch support and seamless integration.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, recommending adjustments to maximize value and impact.
- 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, health-tech, or SaaS industries.
- At least 4 years of experience negotiating with C-suite leadership and managing large-scale deals.
- Deep network and industry expertise in North American fitness and wellness markets.
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-layered deals and exceed high revenue targets.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate partnership economics and articulate data-driven recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presence.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
