As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding and nurturing relationships with major partners, specifically Optiv or Guidepoint. You'll lead business development initiatives, drive joint go-to-market plans, and support revenue generation through strategic alignment. Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business and sales plans with key partners (Optiv or Guidepoint)
- Manage partner relationships to ensure alignment on revenue goals, sales enablement, and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate solutions and services into the partner ecosystem
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications, performance reviews, and growth strategies
- Support partner training, certification, and enablement programs
- Analyze partner performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Represent the company in partner meetings, events, and co-branded marketing activities
- 8+ years of experience in partner or channel sales within the cybersecurity or IT sector
- Deep understanding of and established executive relationships with CDW and either Optiv or Guidepoint
- Demonstrated success building and managing joint business plans and marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions including Endpoint, EDR/XDR, and Asset Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
