- Define and drive the strategic innovation agenda aligned with enterprise priorities and long-term growth objectives
- Analyze market dynamics, emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and healthcare trends to inform strategy development
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to evaluate opportunities and shape differentiated go-to-market and innovation strategies
- Identify and assess emerging clinical, scientific, and technological areas tied to unmet needs and future growth potential
- Support technology scouting, biomarker evaluation, literature reviews, and IP landscape analysis to inform investment decisions
- Build and maintain portfolio analytics, performance metrics, and KPI frameworks to support data-driven decision-making
- Deliver executive-level insights, recommendations, and strategic narratives to senior leadership
- Influence enterprise decision-making on innovation priorities, portfolio investments, and strategic direction
This role requires extensive experience in healthcare strategy and innovation, combined with strong analytical, commercial, and executive leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, or venture-related roles
- Strong understanding of the diagnostics and broader healthcare ecosystem
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional collaboration in complex environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic insights
- Excellent executive communication skills with strong presence and storytelling ability
- Strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in ambiguity
