Growth Cab is hiring a Strategic Advisor to support high-level GTM decisions across clients and internal initiatives.
This role is for someone who can step back, see patterns across markets, and guide direction where it matters. You will work closely with leadership to shape positioning, distribution and growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Advise on GTM strategy across multiple B2B clients
- Refine positioning, ICP definition and market approach
- Identify growth opportunities and potential risks early
- Support key decisions on channel mix, offers and expansion
- Challenge assumptions and bring external perspective
- Contribute to internal frameworks and strategic direction
Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B strategy, consulting or leadership roles
- Ability to think clearly across markets, models and stages
- Proven track record of impacting growth or GTM decisions
- Direct and structured communication style
- Comfortable operating at a strategic level without needing heavy execution
