About the Role
We are looking for a senior, well-connected Strategic Advisor to support our network and client access in Switzerland.
This role is for someone who understands how the Swiss market works: trust, reputation, and warm introductions matter more than broad outreach.
You’ll work directly with the founder, helping us connect with decision-makers in private banks, investment firms, SMEs, family offices, and corporates — organizations that value a disciplined, Swiss-standard approach to recruiting and consulting.
This is not a sales role.
It’s a focused collaboration built around access, judgment, and relationships.
Your Contribution
- Introduce us to founders, executives, HR leaders, and investors in Switzerland
- Provide guidance on market dynamics, key players, and opportunities
- Join selected conversations to support trust and context
- Help us identify sectors and companies where our work provides the strongest value
This is a senior advisory function, not operational delivery.
