About the Opportunity
Gunia Consulting is a Swiss boutique focused on retained search and strategic hiring support for companies across finance, technology, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
We are looking for an additional Strategic Advisor in Switzerland who can help open doors to senior decision-makers and support the development of trusted client relationships.
This is not a salaried position and not an operational recruiting role.

The Role
As Strategic Advisor, your contribution is centered around access and credibility.
You introduce Gunia Consulting to decision-makers who may benefit from our recruiting or consulting work and, where helpful, provide context or support during early conversations.
Typical activities include:
- Introducing Gunia Consulting to founders, executives, HR leaders, investors, or board members
- Providing context and positioning in early client discussions
- Identifying sectors or companies where our work is particularly relevant
- Supporting relationship development where appropriate
