Salary: 250,000 CHF OTE (50/50)


About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to drive growth across Switzerland for a leading global cybersecurity software vendor. The role is focused on winning new enterprise customers, managing a select portfolio of existing accounts, and driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewals. You’ll work closely with customers, prospects, and channel partners to deliver measurable business impact.


Your role :

  • Build a strong pipeline of new enterprise opportunities while managing a strategic set of existing accounts.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals to maximise revenue within your portfolio.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers, delivering tailored value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to execute business plans.
  • Support large-scale projects with Global System Integrators as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, tradeshows, and events.


What we’re looking for:

  • You have 8+ years of experience selling enterprise software, ideally in networking or cybersecurity, with exposure to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers within large organisations.
  • Strong network of contacts at major Swiss enterprises, including Fortune 100 companies.
  • Track record of winning new business, expanding existing accounts, and managing renewals successfully.
  • Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly self-driven, taking ownership of your accounts and opportunities.
  • Familiar with CRM and forecasting tools such as Oracle or SFDC.
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage from one-on-one meetings to executive-level presentations.
  • Flexible to travel as needed, both locally and regionally
