🔋 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers
- Lead contract renewals and negotiate terms that drive retention
- Run regular business reviews to showcase ROI and utilisation insights
- Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities across customer sites
- Build a deep understanding of customer operations and strategic goals
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Operations to resolve issues and elevate the customer experience
- Monitor account health, flag risks early, and implement retention strategies
- Keep Salesforce updated with account plans, renewal timelines, and pipeline activity
- Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets for renewals and expansion
⚡ What You Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B account management or customer success
- Proven success hitting renewal and expansion quotas
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to articulate value
- Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
