Role Summary

Drive the commercial growth of nano-silicon battery materials in the EV space. Lead customer acquisition, product validation, and revenue generation to position the company as a leader in advanced battery technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and market entry for nano-silicon materials
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, battery manufacturers, and integrators
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from engagement to revenue
  • Translate customer needs into product development plans
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with strategic go-to-market execution
  • Work closely with R&D to align solutions with market demand
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility

Requirements

  • B.Tech/BE/ME in Chemical, Materials, or Process Engineering preferred
  • 7–10 years in B2B technical sales and business development in the EV battery sector
  • Strong knowledge of battery value chain and materials applications
  • Proven track record in technical sales, market growth, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge customer and internal teams
  • Stable job history (minimum 2 years per role)
