We're looking for a warm, organized, and proactive person to become an important part of our growing business.

This role combines customer service, store management, team coordination, and day-to-day business support. You'll work closely with management and help ensure that both our customers and our operations run smoothly.

To begin with, this will be a part-time position Monday to Friday, with the goal of becoming a full-time role if we're a great match.


About the Role

As our Store Manager & Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing our online stores, supporting our customer service operations, and helping keep the business organized.

You will handle customer emails and support requests, monitor the quality of our customer service, follow up on tasks, and make sure everything is running efficiently across our stores.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same.


Your Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and customer service platforms.
  • Monitor and support our customer service team to ensure excellent service.
  • Oversee our online stores and help maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Assist with logistics and operational tasks.
  • Support management with administrative and business-related tasks.
  • Help improve processes and customer experiences.
  • Ensure our customers receive fast, friendly, and professional support.
  • Act as a key point of contact between different parts of the business.


We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Has experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or operations.
  • Enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences.
  • Is highly organized and pays attention to details.
  • Takes initiative and can work independently.
  • Is comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Has strong written English skills.
  • Feels comfortable using digital tools and online systems.
  • Can help motivate and support team members when needed.
