Position: STEM Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $30 - $40/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze images and videos to identify key STEM concepts and detailed subject insights.
- Develop complex, high-quality questions requiring deep subject-matter expertise.
- Categorize and tag content accurately for efficient workflow and expert routing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and consistency.
- Use data analysis and literature review to inform content development.
- Apply innovative instructional methods and educational technologies.
- Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong subject-matter expertise in a STEM discipline.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with educational technology or digital tools.
- Strong collaboration and project leadership capabilities.
