About the Role
Matrix-Q is looking for motivated Startup Scouts to identify and engage early-stage companies — seed, pre-seed, and incubation-stage startups — that are in need of seed capital, structure, and ecosystem support.
This is not a traditional job.
You are not an employee.
You are an entrepreneur in training — learning how to generate leads, build momentum, and create capital through your own activity, while earning a meaningful income in the process.
Your core skill as a Scout is recruiting: the ability to find the right people, open the right conversations, and invite startups into an ecosystem that can genuinely help them grow.
What You Will Do
∙ Scout seed-stage, early-stage, and incubation-stage startups actively seeking capital
∙ Identify founders, co-founders, and innovation leads with funding needs
∙ Initiate conversations, qualify leads, and build trust with potential participants
∙ Invite startups to explore the Matrix-Q Ecosystem and its programs
∙ Follow up consistently and guide prospects through the onboarding process
∙ Track your pipeline and report on activity and outcomes
∙ Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your scouting and recruiting skills

Qualifications
Requirement
Recruiting ability: Demonstrated skill or strong natural aptitude for finding and engaging people
Communication: Clear, persuasive, and authentic in written and spoken form
Network access: Existing or buildable access to startup founders, incubators, accelerators, or innovation hubs
Self-management: Able to work independently, manage your own time, and stay consistent
Entrepreneurial mindset: You think like a builder, not a job seeker
Language: English required; additional languages are an asset
Location: Fully remote — anywhere in the world
No degree required. No prior scouting experience required. Training is provided.
Training Included
Every Startup Scout receives structured onboarding and ongoing training covering:
∙ How to identify and qualify seed-stage startups
∙ Lead generation frameworks and outreach strategies
∙ Communication and value transfer skills
∙ The Matrix-Q Ecosystem, its programs, and how to present them
∙ Pipeline management and follow-up systems
∙ The Fractal Time work model — achieving strong results in 3 hours/day
You learn by doing. From the first week, you are in action.
Compensation
This role is 100% outcome-based. There is no salary or hourly wage.
Your income is a direct result of your activity and results.
Earnings Potential
Activity Level Estimated Monthly Earnings
Early / part-time €1,000 – €2,500
Active / consistent €2,500 – €6,000
High-performance €6,000 – €12,000+
How You Earn
∙ Per qualified referral: up to €400
∙ Performance bonuses: up to €2,500 per bonus cycle
∙ Value participation: up to 70% on certain outcomes as you advance
Bonuses are triggered by reaching defined milestones. The more consistently you work, the faster you reach them.
