BCTG's direct client is looking for an expereiced SAP Scrum Master to support an EMEA and US transformation project.
- Experience in the entire project life cycle, from inception to implementation including analysis, design and development and testing. Verifying project requirements, documenting test plans, tracking and reporting the project progress at various stages of SDLC
- Ensuring that the stage gates are met and presenting the details to the management at the beginning and end of each phase
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
- Improve software quality, usability and customer experience by implementing processes which are efficient, drive towards consistency, leverage automation tools, and industry best practices
- Efficient verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Experience of representing team and working closely with customer at client site
- Onsite experience in ‘United states’ for about four Years on various test activities and projects
- Ability to work in co-ordination with different teams i.e. Development , QA, IS, Production Support and deliver the sprint
- Managed core agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint review and sprint retrospective
- Ensured inter team risks, impediments and blockers were identified and resolved
