Senior Project Manager (Europe) — Superyacht-Level Residential

This is not traditional construction.

This is precision engineering, fabrication, and execution at the highest level in the world.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Europe who has operated in environments where tolerances are measured in millimeters, not inches.

If your background is purely conventional residential or commercial construction, this role is not a fit.

The Role

You will lead the execution of UHNW residential projects in the United States and Europe, acting as the critical link between:

• Superyacht-grade European fabrication
• Integrated architectural and engineering systems
• Complex, design-driven residential construction

You are expected to drive outcomes, not manage process.

Core Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle leadership of highly complex, design-intensive residential projects
• Integration of complete “white-box” coordination across all disciplines (MEP, structure, lighting, AV, controls)
• Direct oversight of European fabrication partners across:
• Joinery / millwork
• Stone
• Flooring
• Decorative finishes
• Architectural metal
• AV / BMS systems
• On-site quality control at fabrication facilities throughout Europe
• Enforcement of superyacht-level tolerances, sequencing, and finish standards
• Direct interface with world-class designers, consultants, and UHNW clients
• Coordination of transatlantic execution between European production and US installation

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven experience in:
• Superyacht construction (shipyard or top-tier supplier) and/or
• UHNW residential at the highest global level
• Demonstrated ability to manage fully bespoke, highly engineered builds
• Deep understanding of:
• Complex joinery and fabrication methodologies
• Premium materials and finishing systems
• Integrated building systems (MEP, AV, controls, automation)
• Existing relationships or experience with European fabrication ecosystem
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and to the US
• Ability to operate independently at a senior, decision-making level

Engineering background strongly preferred.

• It is not a coordination role
• It is not a GC-style management position
• It is not suited for candidates without exposure to superyacht or equivalent-level work
