Accountabilities
- Lead and develop a central BI & Delivery team, managing global analysts and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define, standardize, and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools to measure product, operational, and client performance.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to identify key data sets, address gaps, and deliver actionable insights.
- Build and maintain a curated source of truth for analytics and reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee data governance, including version control, documentation, and model change management.
- Drive adoption of analytics tools and insights, training business partners to derive independent value from data.
- Execute complex, cross-functional analytics projects to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Bachelorβs degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 4+ years managing high-performing analytics teams, with end-to-end ownership of insights and BI delivery.
- 6+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Sigma, Tableau, or similar.
- 8+ years in analytics development, data operations, or product analytics in fast-paced environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in data warehousing platforms like Redshift or Snowflake.
- Experience synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights and building scalable analytics processes.
- Proven ability to define and track metrics to improve product and operational performance.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with experience driving operational efficiency and data-informed business decisions.
