Accountabilities
Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that support organizational training needs, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and performance objectives.
- Plan, organize, and develop curriculum, training materials, facilitator guides, and performance support tools.
- Analyze learning needs in collaboration with subject matter experts and translate them into structured instructional solutions.
- Design engaging learning content including scenarios, scripts, job aids, and blended learning experiences.
- Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions using digital learning platforms and collaboration tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, performance metrics, and compliance-related outcomes.
- Identify learning gaps using data and reporting insights, and recommend targeted educational interventions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learning strategies, programs, and delivery methods.
Associate’s degree in any field with at least 1 year of experience in training, learning development, or facilitation.
- Experience creating or editing documentation such as training materials, SOPs, process flows, or job aids.
- Familiarity with adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and curriculum development practices.
- Experience using data analytics or reporting to evaluate learning effectiveness or identify gaps.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and manage moderately complex tasks in a remote, structured environment.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Organizational Design, or related field, and experience with tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or CSOD.
