Accountabilities
- Own resolution of logistical and operational issues including Missing / Damaged parts.
- Partner with vendor management and PMO to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide input and oversight of the Zone Revenue Forecast.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecast information.
- Manage activities to accelerate project schedules and mitigate risks.
- Assist in managing non-conforming costs and analyze data for improvement.
- Train and mentor field Project Managers.
- Develop and optimize local processes across zone functions.
- Support activities to accelerate the book to bill revenue cycle.
- Provide leadership for risk intervention and implement mitigation measures.
- Oversee management of 'Bulk orders' in backlog.
- Continuously monitor projects to meet business objectives.
- Drive site readiness including remote diagnostics.
- Provide leadership for Project Managers in critical situations.
- Proxy for Zone Vice President, overseeing all zone employees.
- Ensure high competency and training of direct Project Managers.
- Implement developmental plans for employee performance and career goals.
- Over 10 years of successful experience in a related field.
- Experience in medical imaging installation project management.
- Preferred experience with Siemens Project Management.
- BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree.
- High degree of business acumen.
- Ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
