Boll & Branch is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Associate to join our Operations Team. We are the fastest growing organic and ethical home brand looking for someone to be a critical part of our supply chain.
As a Senior Logistics Associate, you will play a key role within the Operations team, driving the execution of logistics activities to ensure timely, accurate delivery across all channels. You will manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain visibility into order movement, and serve as a key liaison with transportation partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate is process-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to identify efficiencies and improve operational workflows. This role requires strong collaboration, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
The annual base salary range for this role is $56,000 - $85,000 (new hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role). It is important to note that our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size, industry, and the market and are one part of the total rewards that we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking.
This role is not eligible for relocation assistance. Additionally, Boll & Branch will not commence an immigration case or "sponsor" an individual for this position (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration).

Responsibilities
- Coordination of inbound logistics (international and domestic) to warehouses, ensuring timely receipt and accurate processing of all shipments.
- Oversee tracking of outbound orders across small parcel, freight, and in-home delivery, proactively identifying and resolving delays.
- Troubleshoot shipment exceptions with transportation partners and internal teams, implementing solutions to minimize disruption.
- Monitor daily inbound/outbound SLAs, taking corrective action to maintain high service performance and adherence to SLAs.
- Facilitate shipments between retail locations and 3PL partners, keeping cross-functional teams informed and aligned.
- Communicate order and shipment updates to managers and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Maintain ERP and TMS data integrity, enabling accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
- Support monitoring of logistics costs to stay within budget and assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Generate and analyze reports on key metrics, driving insights to improve operational performance.
- Execute assigned tasks and projects with ownership, delivering results on time and to specification.
- 2+ years of Supply Chain or Operations experience
- Highly analytical with the ability to keep digging until you have reached the best answer
- Comfortable crunching numbers and working with large sets of data
- Strong attention to detail with effective prioritization skills
- Must be advanced in Excel and technologically savvy
- Excellent follow up, communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
