- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Previous scheduling experience, including making travel arrangements
- Motivated team player with strong, creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate independently in a virtual environment with limited oversight
- Extremely high level of attention to detail and follow-up
- Willingness to occasionally work additional overtime and/or off-hours on short notice
- Passion for fulfilling the mission in a high-touch organization
