We are now looking for a Sports Social Media Manager who wants to grow within social media, content, and sports.
The Role
You will support and coordinate the daily social media work around athletes. This includes communication with athletes, their teams, partnership managers, and brand partners, as well as creating and publishing content.
The role is hands-on and collaborative, with room to learn, take responsibility over time, and develop your skills.
The role can be full-time or part-time, and structured either as an employment or a consultant assignment. As sports and social media don’t always follow office hours, some flexibility in working hours is expected. You should be comfortable with high-pace communication and willing to travel when needed in connection with athletes, events, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day communication with athletes, their teams, partnership managers, and partners.
- Coordinate social media activities and help move projects forward from idea to execution.
- Analyze athletes’ social media accounts to understand what works and what can be improved.
- Create, publish, and moderate content, both independently and together with our designers.
- Help improve reach, engagement, and consistency across social platforms.
- Early in your career with an interest in social media and sports.
- Experience creating and publishing organic content for Instagram and Tiktok.
- Comfortable with photo editing and experienced in using AI tools for production and editing.
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable working with others.
- Fluent in English.
- Italian, German, Swedish, or Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Experience from sports is a requirement.
- Based in Spain, Italy, Germany, or Stockholm.
- Stockholm-based roles are office-first (not remote).
- Roles based in Spain, Italy, or Germany are remote.
