- Maintain detailed documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest techniques and advancements in the field
- Support and educate clients and their families in communication strategies and techniques
- A degree in Speech Therapy or a related field, with current licensure to practice
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset
- Experience in speech therapy, particularly in clinical or educational settings, is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a caring and empathetic nature
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
