To oversee and execute end-to-end spare parts logistics operations across UIH’s European warehouse (Netherlands, Poland, Italy, and the UK). This role ensures 100% inventory accuracy across GWMS, CRM, and SAP systems, manages 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) performance, and ensures full compliance with EU/UK customs regulation, and 24hours response time from domestics transportation door to door from warehouse to site
Warehouse running : GWMS system management
*Supervise inbound (put-away) and outbound operations for warehouses in Poland, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK.
* Act as the key user for GWMS/SAP integration; troubleshoot system bugs and communicate fixes with HQ EIM teams.
*Perform data mapping and reconciliation between GWMS and 3PL inventory reports to resolve GAPs.
Working order case management : CRM system operation
*Execute spare parts applications and fulfillment within the CRM system.
*Map outbound work orders with 3PL providers to ensure alignment with CRM data.
* Trace and manage return parts from engineers/sites back to EU warehouses.
Netherlands spare parts Customs & Compliance
*Define and pre-check HS CODES with customs brokers for Netherlands and EU entries.
*Coordinate with HQ Export departments to confirm all necessary regulatory documentation.
CR parts management
Checking the quarantine align with HQ CR form including trace back historical data
Express DHL FEDEX instrauctions for warehouse to outbound
Manage express shipments via DHL, FedEx, and TNT, coordinating pickups from warehouses or customer sites.
Return parts trace back
Return to Netherland Poland Italy wareehouse mapping with CRM data
Communicate with engineer and DT`s for the parts trace back
Corporation with HQ for the defective parts return to HQ
Trucking
Evaluate and compare 3PL/carrier pricing and lead times to select the optimal transport mode (Dedicated Driver vs. LCL).
Air-fwd outbound
Coordinate urgent air-freight departures to meet critical service deadlines.
*Lead quarterly Cycle Counts across all European locations (NL, PL, IT, UK).
* Review regional consumption patterns and apply for safety stock replenishment from HQ
Parts/tools planner in Europe
Review the consumption and apply from HQ for the safety stock replenishment
Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and verbal).
- Experience: Proven track record in logistics management, including trucking, warehousing, and customs clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Incoterms, WMS/SAP/CRM operation, and data science/analytics.
- Mobility: Ability to travel monthly and work on-site at the NL warehouse 2 days per week.
Additional:
- Logistics Finance: Knowledge of VAT, Import Duty, and CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism).
- Regional Expertise: In-depth understanding of EU and UK customs clearance processes.
