- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes
- Stay updated on product offerings, service enhancements, and relevant policies to better assist customers
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus
- Customer service experience or similar roles is preferred, particularly in a multilingual environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms is beneficial
