- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat
- Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies quickly and accurately
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to keep satisfaction levels high
- Document all interactions with clients in our CRM system for thorough record-keeping and future reference
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service quality is continually improved
- Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling inquiries
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
