Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to tech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish
  • Provide assistance with account setup, technical support, and product features

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
