Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Spanish
  • Provide detailed support and guidance on technical issues, account management, and service inquiries
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and product feature explanations
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to resolve customer issues
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide current information to customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology sector
