- Respond to customer inquiries regarding imaging equipment, including specifications, pricing, and usage, via phone, email, and chat in Spanish
- Assist customers with order placement, equipment troubleshooting, and technical support
- Provide detailed explanations of product features and assist in selecting suitable imaging solutions for their needs
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customers with accurate and timely solutions to equipment issues
- Stay updated on the latest imaging technologies and company offerings to ensure effective customer assistance
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technology or healthcare environment
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address customer inquiries calmly and effectively
- Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM software and general office applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
