- Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products and services, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and maintenance information via phone, email, and chat in Spanish
- Assist customers with vehicle purchases, service appointments, and issue resolution, ensuring outstanding customer care
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding warranties, recalls, and financing options
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for future reference
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall experience
- Stay informed about automotive trends, new models, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek and/or English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Competence in multitasking and managing various customer inquiries simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
