This role requires providing top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking users, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of any issues.

- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding app usage, troubleshooting, and feature inquiries
- Assist users in resolving technical issues, account management, and general questions efficiently and effectively
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
- Stay informed about app updates, features, and company policies to provide accurate information
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the customer support experience
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred
- Experience in customer service, especially in tech or app support roles, is advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
