- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and enhance service quality
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry best practices to provide accurate information
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation costs will be fully covered by the company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is beneficial
